THE PROCESS
1. ONLINE QUOTE REQUEST
The very first step to get your project started is to fill out the quote request form. This will enable us to get the basic information about your project before our call.
2. PRELIMINARY PROJECT CALL
After you fill out the quote request form, we call you in order to learn more about your project. Based on the information you give us, we are able to advise you on the type of truck you should get and give you a price range as well as an estimated lead time.
3. ESSENTIAL INFORMATION EMAIL
After our first call we send you an email containing the essential information about purchasing a food truck, including an estimated deadline and budget.
4. SPECIALIST MEETING
You will then meet with or get a call from a specialist. This call will enable you to have more specific information about the type of equipment you should include in your food truck, a specific budget and deadline
5. SALES AGREEMENT
Once everything is agreed on we sign a sales agreement and get a first payment of 10% of the project amount.
6. PRODUCTION
Then it’s up to us! Our production team gets to work to build your food truck.
7. INSPECTION
Once the truck is completed, it goes to inspection, in order to make sure everything is built and set up correctly.
8. TOUR
Depending on where you are located we offer a tour or a virtual tour. This is the big reveal, when you get to discover your new food truck! This is also one of our favorite parts of the process, when we get to see the spark in your eyes.
9. DELIVERY
And this is when you finally get your food truck!
10. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Even after your food truck is delivered, we are still here for you if needed.
